Service Description
Provider order required only for INSURANCE. Self pay does NOT NEED an order. -exams performed in home: 10+ weeks pregnancy, non-pregnant abdominal scan of uterus, ovaries, cervix, endometrium, and liver, kidneys, pancreas, gallbladder, spleen, bladder, aorta & IVC. Contact us for your specific test if you don't see it listed here. All diagnostic exams include: - diagnostic images as outlined by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) - report available within 48 business hours - Technical fee included - Professional fee included Pregnant orders includes: * Electronic copy of ALL keepsake images of baby (unlimited) * Video of heartbeat * Image of fetal heart rhythm and rate * Gender as early as 15 weeks (upon request) * Listen to heart beat (12+ weeks) * Option for 3D, 4D and HD views of baby 40-mile round trip travel fee included. ADDITIONAL MILEAGE charged at $10 + $0.65 per mile. Please notify us if you have an incline of more than 5 stairs to enter your home.
